Kuehne+Nagel Air Logistics Customer Care Specialist in Cincinnati, Ohio

Our Ohio Valley branches (Cincinatti (Kentucky), Colombus, Cleveland and Pittsburgh) are looking for a new Air Logistics Customer Care Specialist to join our Air Logistics team.

Your Role

As customer care specialist you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience each and every time, they engage with Kuehne + Nagel. You will be responsible for direct interaction with our customers, proactive problem solving, customer follow up, interaction with our sales colleagues and ensuring that our Operational Care Centers have all of the necessary information to be able to execute on our customer behalf.

Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible to handle/ follow up deviation issuescases for own clients/transports.

  • Coordinate work with other Kuehne+Nagel products/offices/departments/teamnationally to optimize workflow and maintain high client loyalty.

  • Participate in client continuous improvements in accordance with company vision,strategy and mission.

  • Secure proper and high quality internal and external reportingand system registration, FSL closure and other relevant reporting.

  • Proactively seek tolearn, understand and act as an advisor on logistics and forwarding solutionsfor clients and the respective market/ industry.

  • Represent the company ininternal, external and relevant virtual forums.

  • Understand, follow andpromote Kuehne+Nagel Code of Conduct

  • Report to Ohio Valley, Air Logistics Manager

  • Shifts: Monday- Friday 8:30 am-5pm (onsite)

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience

  • 1+ year of Air Logistics

  • 1+ year of Customer Service experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365
