HUMINT Collection Manager Position Summary DarkStar Intelligence is seeking an experienced HUMINT Collection Manager to support a federal government client. Multiple Locations:Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio FLSA Status:Full-Time Security Clearance Level:TS/SCI + CI Poly Citizenship:Applicants must be U.S. Citizens. Position Type: On-Site Primary Duties and Responsibilities Demonstrated experience with all HUMINT Collection Management publications, regulations, and operating instructions. Experience in the application of HUMINT Collection guidance in daily tasks including applicable DoD and Air Force policies and guidance. Demonstrated familiarity with theGXA Squadron SOP and GSG. Format, review, quality control, and publish/release of Information Intelligence Reports (IIR), ensuring that all appropriate policies and guidance are adhered to, and that information meets defined reporting thresholds. Conduct post-publication IIR reviews and annual IIR reconciliation. Serve as a collection requirements tasking authority for collection operations currently or potentially reporting on assigned topics and targets. Task Intelligence Community Requirements (ICRs) via CHROME or other tasking and reporting system, and perform CHROME troubleshooting. Advocate for and focus collection. Process, prioritize, coordinate, and task collection requirements, and maintain metrics of activity relative to requirements. Review past reporting and determine future collection capabilities on assigned topics. Produce or track collection emphasis messages (CEMs) as needed. CEM production and any intelligence reporting responding to the CEMs to be included in regular reports. Preferred Qualifications BA/BS +3 years of experience in the Intelligence Community Demonstrated advanced knowledge of HUMINT and the collection management process Experience using and employing computer systems and architecture commonly used in DoD HUMINT and/or listed as systems of record for the Defense HUMINT Enterprise Have appropriate technical skills, knowledge, and experience to accomplish the work with minimal oversight Desired Qualifications Have an Intelligence Community-recognized collection management certification, formal training, and experience.
