About the Role

As a Resource Planning Specialist you will have a critical role to enable delivery of high quality and profitable services that meet the goals of our business. In the Benelux Professional Services team, you will be responsible for staffing our project teams. You work closely with our Engagement, Project, and consultant teams in the Benelux and at EMEA zone level, and work with Partners where needed. You advise and report to service management to support short- and long-term resource decisions.

Area of Responsibility .

  • Working with local service teams, zone service teams and partners to staff project teams delivering high quality, profitable services.

  • Support the sales and services pipeline strategy by developing and maintaining the resource capacity and demand planning.

  • Initiate and manage resource escalations, identify gaps and proactively advice on scenarios.

  • Providing data driven advice to service management on recruitment, training, and development of resources.

  • Manage and control utilization targets of services team and individual consultants.

  • Interact with zone resource management to ensure consistency of our services resourcing approach.

  • Owning and manage staffing and planning of small projects.

  • Fluent in English and Dutch
