Assessment & Qualifications Part-Time Test Administrator - Hong Kong in Hong Kong, Hong Kong

About the role: We are currently looking for a Part-time test administrator individual to join our team. As an Part-time test administrator you will be responsible for performing the administration and invigilation of exams; including understanding, implementing and taking ownership of all aspects of the policies and procedures of all examination processes. The individual will demonstrate a high level of customer service to candidates.

As a Part-time test administrator , you’ll be responsible for:

  • Provide a high level of customer service

  • Prepare equipment and test environment per company procedures to deliver testing

  • Process candidates’ sign-in (including verification of candidate identity) according to Pearson VUE and client procedures

  • Explain the test process to candidates and deal with other queries as required

  • Ensure the integrity and security of tests are maintained and that they are supervised/invigilated to the required standard

Working hours will vary Monday - Saturday, 7:30am - 10:00pm, hourly rate $175/hour. You will be required to work a variety of days and specific shifts cannot be specified before your rota is released, 2-4 weeks in advance. A flexible approach to working is essential for this position as opening hours can vary according to business need

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Fluent in communicating in English, both verbal and written, as well as Chinese

  • Good face-to-face communication skills with experience in a customer facing role

  • Ability to work with procedures and policy

  • Strong attention to detail

  • PC literate

  • Ability to deal with conflict and work under pressure
