POSITION SUMMARY: The Site Manager is responsible for the overall management of identified community residential service location(s), including the orientation and supervision of all assigned staff, medications oversight, medical appointments, food shopping/petty cash/menu implementation, fire drills, room care, outcomes implementation and documentation, physical site maintenance and vehicle issues.

DIRECT AND INDIRECT REPORTS: Direct reports are Life Skills Associates (LSAs)

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma, experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities Two (2) years of previous experience in residential programs Supervisory and/or management experience preferred experience with Microsoft Word and Excel helpful Ability to effectively communicate both in writing and verbally Ability to request, accept and utilize feedback and training appropriately Ability to provide effective feedback, train, and delegate job assignments Ability to assess and appropriately and timely address job performance Ability to independently problem-solve Ability to perform cardio pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) according to nationally accepted standards (will train) Valid driver's license in state of residence and good driving recor
