Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable and Receivable

• Handle invoice processing, payments, and collections

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Reconcile and maintain general ledger accounts

• Monitor and analyze expenses, suggest cost-saving measures

• Assist in creating budgets and forecasts, monitor budget performance

• Prepare documentation, assist during audits

• Assist in tax preparation, ensure compliance with regulations

• Coordinate with departments for financial information exchange.
