Description:

This is a 6 month contracting position. You would be part of a small team of 3 technicians supporting about 220 users in the firm’s New York office. You would be troubleshooting desktops, re-imaging laptops (mostly Dell with some HP), hardware, mobile devices, AirWatch, Intune, Windows 10, MS Office, Citrix, VPN, and NetDocs document management. You’ll also be supporting their conference rooms and video conferences with Zoom, Teams, etc. The firm is currently migrating from AirWatch to Intune for their MDM solution. The candidate should have experienced with hardware, laptops, mobile devices, latest Windows, Office 365, VPN, MS Teams, etc. The person should be able to interact with all levels, client facing, professional, 5 days a week plus overtime flexible.
