Talent Acquisition Partner - Corporate

TheTalent Acquisition Partnermanages the recruitment processes, collaborating with department managers to idenfity hiring needs, and creating candidate pipelines. With a focus on stakeholder engagement and relationship management, this role contributes to recruitment campaigns and other recruiting activities as assigned.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment workflow and serve as advisor to the customers' business.

• Collaborate regularly with department managers to identify current and future hiring needs.

• Create recruitment profiles for high-impact candidates for various levels of roles.

• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines as applicable.

• Screen candidate applications for JCPenney roles.

• Contribute to stakeholder engagement by identifying needs and concerns.

• Contribute to the creation of recruitment campaigns and assessment centers.

• Develop and implement a relationship management plan for existing client groups.

Core Competencies & Accomplishments:

• 3-6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and candidate sourcing methodologies.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong planning and organizational skills.
