Position Responsibilities Direct day-to-day operations of the Collections Department, providing guidance and development for a team of accounts receivable professionals. Oversee the department\'s largest balances by managing the eInvoicing and Key Accounts functions. Own vendor relationships including, but not limited to, third-party collection agencies and High Radius. Review collection key performance indicators to evaluate effectiveness of policies and procedures and propose informed updates and improvements. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent education / relevant experience. Bachelor\'s degree in finance, accounting or a related field preferred. 5+ years of relevant experience demonstrating excellent decision-making skills. 3+ years in a leadership role with proven experience in managing and developing people leaders and high-performing teams. Strong communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
