We are looking for a driven and curious Project Controls professional to support our Program Management Team.

As a key member of our collaborative program support team, you’ll will have the chance to work on project teams using your expertise in forecasting, change management, cost management, project budget analysis, project earn value measurement tracking, risk management, proposals, cashflow and reporting tools. You will assist with managing the program document controls and cost controls and reporting function by providing client management, updates, and presentations at all levels of management. This position requires full time on site in Reno, Nevada.

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • 7 years of project cost controls / document controls experience

  • Construction management software (Procore, e-builder, Prolog or equivalent)

  • Setting up and managing document control system utilizing a software platform system

  • Experience working on various projects to include coordinating and executing project issues.

  • Experience in project controls, with emphasis on cost controls, document controls, change management, cash flow forecasting, and financial issues & reporting.

  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Project, PowerPoint and Outlook

Ideally, here’s what you’ll also have for experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or other business management related degree

  • Familiarity with Project Controls principles and methods including, but not limited to, budgeting and forecasting, change management, work breakdown structures, earned value, and contingency planning.

  • Cost estimating, cost engineering functions, including cost control, change management and cost projection analysis.

  • CPM Scheduling with Primavera P6, cost engineering functions, including cost control, change management and cost projection analysis.

  • Dashboard development in the construction industry
