Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join the Healthcare Division for one of Canada's largest telecommunications companies. This position will be joining the team the post acquisition integration team that is responsible for the platforms and tooling across the entire organization. They
will be responsible for gathering requirements, documentation, and stakeholder management. This role will have oversite over multiple projects that the integration team will be taking on from both a process and technology integration standpoint. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and reporting skills, both written and verbal, while being comfortable working within a small team as the project scales up.

Skills and Requirements
Previous experience as a Business Systems Analysis, with hands-on experience with process mapping, gathering requirements, and stakeholder management
Previous experience working with product teams to work on future road maps
Previous experience working within JIRA or a similar ticketing tool
Previous integration experience, utilizing any of the following: ERP solutions, service management tooling, CRM, collaboration tools, Security Seam, contact center technology, end user device management, IT operations and governance
Strong documentation skills
Ability to adapt and learn new technologies/processes quickly - Previous Financial experience, specifically with cost analysis
Previous Health industry experience null
