Data Collector Intern

Job Description

We are looking for a Data Collector to help us collect and organize our audio dataset. Your duties in this position primarily involve data entry, but you may also be responsible for problem shooting in the field. You may collect data from a variety of sources, including our in-house data collection vehicle and public surveys. You will then organize the data following our planogram for model training. You should be able to work from both a computer and a mobile device to collect data as promptly as possible. Our ideal candidate has an associate degree in information technology, but experience with data collection is more significant. The Data collector will:

• Collect data from internal and external sources

• Compile data into a digestible planogram

• Analyze data • Present your findings to engineer

• Ensure that all data is accurate and properly organized

Qualifications

  • 1st or 2nd year undergraduate students.

  • Associate majors in information technology (preferred).

  • Data collection or database experience.

  • Research and organizational skills.

  • Strong communication abilities

  • Strong problem shooting abilities

  • Basic python skills • Valid Driver's license
